YOUR PRESENCE IS THE PROMISE

Presence: The state or fact of existing, occurring, or being present in a place or thing. A person or thing that exists or is present in a place but is not seen.

Promise: A declaration or assurance that one will do a particular thing or that a particular thing will happen. Assure someone that one will definitely do, give, or arrange something; undertake or declare that something will happen.

THE PRESENCE! THE PRESENCE! THE PRESENCE! The presence of God is all we need! Everything we need is in God’s presence. Surrender, humility, peace, joy, love, the blood of Jesus, His promises to us. His promises are released in our lives all because of His presence! How can His promises to us be possible when all God is asking for us to do is come and reside in His presence?

It’s made possible because all of us, everything created on the earth, was created to worship the Father all the days of our lives.

“So that you, whom I have shaped and formed for myself, will proclaim my praise.” Isaiah 43:21 TPT

“But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship Him. God is spirit and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” John 4:23-24 ESV

The unfortunate part is that we have lives we live that don’t include Him in them. Our lives put Him on the back burner or, for some of us, don’t want Him in them at all. We have become so disillusioned with the world, that we have forgotten Who made the world. We pay homage to the ruler of darkness in the world more than we do to the One who has complete power and control over the world! All power is in His hands!

In His presence is fullness of joy and it’s been made complete within us if we choose to hold on and stay with the Father. John spoke of that very joy he found in being a friend of the bridegroom. He found joy in listening to His voice. How much more joy is there as His bride? The bride belongs to the bridegroom! A surrendered bride that willingly falls at the feet of Abba Father unlocks the promises from Almighty God!

The Father tells us always that He will never leave us or forsake us, and if we move our hearts closer to Him, He will come closer to us. That has to be, by far, the greatest promise of all!

“And you will seek me and find me when you search for me with all your heart.” Jeremiah 29:13 NASB

Surrender to it, make time for the Father. Your decision alone to do it makes the Father’s heart smile. The decision to remain in it is going to unlock the treasure chest of His promises that He has stored up for you! Come on and dive in! The King is waiting for you! I love y'all so much and I am praying right along with you.

Father God,

I thank You because by being in Your presence, we will find You and Your promises to us – and they will be manifested in us and through us for the whole world to see! In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
