As we leave 2021 behind, let’s leave with hearts of repentance as we cross over into 2022. It is only with the grace and mercy of God that we are stepping out of 2021 and running into 2022! Let us reflect on the past year as a triumph, even though the entire world took an even more drastic turn away from God. We can triumph in it because not only are we still here, but I believe we have been preserved for such a time as this – a time for us to come together and run together as sons and daughters of the Most High God! I believe that right in the midst of the chaos and uncertainty that we are diving into the promises of God that He has for us, His people. The time has come and it is right now.
As we embark upon 2022, witnessing the darkness that has raised its ugly head, you have to know that the Wave of God’s Remnant is here to take out the darkness with the light of the Lord! Available hearts have been ignited and are ready to go, run, seek, worship, praise, pray, dance, speak, sing, love, unite and encourage. We must keep our gaze on the Lord, for He is worthy to be praised, and He is our blueprint for guidance and instruction in this hour. Our hearts should stay fastened and yielded to the King of Kings and Lord of Lords! God has brought us too far and we can’t turn back now. I hear the Spirit of the Lord say that this is a day of reckoning.
Reckoning – a day or time in the future when people will be forced to deal with an unpleasant situation which they have avoided until now.
*After reading the definition of “reckoning,” I stopped working on this post to see what else God wanted to share. He gave me confirmation through His Word, the next day. Let me share it with you.*
This morning, December 23, 2021, I sat down to read the book of Acts chapter 18. Before I started reading chapter 18, I decided to read the last paragraph of Acts chapter 17. This is what it read:
“In the past God tolerated our ignorance of these things, but now the time of deception has passed away. He commands us all to repent and turn to God. For the appointed day has risen, in which He is going to judge the world in righteousness by the Man He has designated. And the proof given to the world that God has chosen this Man is this: He resurrected Him from among the dead!” –Acts 17:30-31 TPT
I am overtaken and in awe of the Power of God! You can’t make this stuff up, guys. I had no idea how God was going to send confirmation to us.
The time has truly come and it is now. Preparation has to start now. Repentance has to start now. There is no more playing and flirting with the idea that we can still keep doing the same things we have been doing and hiding them under religion. The Father is looking for those that want a relationship with him. He wants those who are ready to surrender the old to behold the new. Is that for me? Is that for you? It is for every one of us who answers the call and says “Yes.” “Yes” to His will and “Yes” to His way! What a mighty and powerful God we serve! He is a God that knows exactly what we need when we need it. He is a merciful God to give us warning before it’s too late. What are you going to do about it? Let’s ask the Father to check our hearts and check them again. God loves us so much and has so much in store for those of us that decide to run and not look back! Ask for the encounters, lie at His feet, give everything to Him and then keep doing it! Because of God’s mercy and love for us, I pray that we don’t leave our surrender behind on this day December 23, 2021 – the surrender we need to run into 2022, blazing!
I love you so much and I am praying for your hearts of surrender as they shift the atmosphere in Jesus’ Name!
